If you’re getting married soon, we cannot say congratulations enough! Every bride aims to look completely perfect and flawless on her wedding day. This is your ultimate guide.
The main two basic types of makeup for weddings – Airbrush and High Definition (HD) Makeup. Besides these two techniques, there is also Mineral Makeup that is suitable for those sensitive and acne-prone skin.
Let us look at these different types of makeup techniques separately.
Airbrush Bridal Makeup
For this type of makeup technique, the products are applied with special equipment through an airbrush applicator that sprays on the product to your skin in an even and nice finish. You would need a makeup expert for this type of makeup technique, otherwise, the results will be just the opposite. This airbrush gives a porcelain effect to your makeup and looks absolutely real and enchanting.
High Definition Makeup or HD Makeup
High Definition or HD makeup is what we usually see people wearing on our TV’s and the big screen. HD makeup gives you a more natural, non-cakey, and flawless look. It’s the most common type of makeup, especially in the form of foundation and loose powder that hides the lines and does not crease over time. The final finish is soft and natural rather than heavy.
Mineral Makeup
Lastly, Mineral makeup is all about getting that natural finish. It is a makeup technique where products made out of organic minerals are used to add layers to a bride’s beauty. It’s the most natural looking makeup and is less harmful in comparison with other forms of bridal makeup. Generally the preferred makeup technique for oily skin types, but with the rightful application can work fabulously for any skin type. Plus, it's so easy to remove, no matter how tired you are at the end of a long day.
